Oracle Applications Users Group Co-hosts COLLABORATE 11 Conference

Educational and networking opportunities enable attendees to improve productivity; gain greater value from Oracle investment

ATLANTA--()--The Oracle Applications Users Group (OAUG), the world’s largest knowledgebase for Oracle Applications users, co-hosts the COLLABORATE 11: Technology and Applications Forum for the Oracle Community conference in partnership with the Independent Oracle Users Group (IOUG) and Quest International Users Group (Quest), April 10-14, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla.

The COLLABORATE 11 – OAUG Forum features more than 500 user-driven sessions, featuring tips, techniques and best practices for Oracle Fusion Applications, the Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle’s PeopleSoft Enterprise, Oracle’s Agile, Oracle Hyperion Performance Management, Oracle’s Siebel CRM and Oracle’s Primavera Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) product families. The variety of topics within the conference’s 21 educational tracks present attendees with multiple opportunities to find the most relevant information to optimize efficiencies at the work place and address pressing challenges. Conference attendees have access to the more than 1200 sessions presented by all three groups.

The Primavera education track is offered for the first time at COLLABORATE 11 and includes more than 40 dedicated sessions. The Primavera track is designed to educate attendees on the success many companies are having using Primavera EPPM products and how successful implementation enables companies to reduce costs, optimize resources, manage tasks and meet deadlines.

On April 10, the Oracle Fusion Architecture: “Soup to Nuts” Part II half-day seminar picks up where the successful “Soup-to-Nuts” symposium at COLLABORATE 10 left off by exploring all the latest information related to Oracle Fusion. It is presented by the OAUG and users group partners, IOUG, ODTUG, HEUG, the IOUC and Oracle.

COLLABORATE 11 also offers members of the Oracle community the opportunity to network with more than 5,000 knowledgeable peers and recognized subject matter experts to further their professional development and to discuss areas of common interest. Networking activities include more than 50 Special Interest Group (SIG) and Geographic (Geo) meetings held throughout the conference, the popular Women in Technology Forum and a variety of social events.

Oracle Corp. representatives present a number of keynote presentations, education sessions, solution demonstrations and meeting opportunities throughout the week to help attendees obtain the latest information about technology roadmaps and product announcements.
