SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Symform, which offers the world’s safest and most cost-effective cloud storage, has appointed Matthew J. Schiltz, CEO and president of Powerit Solutions, to the company’s board of directors.

Schiltz brings to Symform over 20 years of experience in senior executive roles where he’s been known for rapidly developing companies with advanced technologies. He is currently CEO and president at Powerit Solutions, and previously served as CEO at DocuSign and General Software. During his three years at DocuSign, Schiltz facilitated three rounds of funding totaling $25 million and grew shareholder value by more than 900 percent. Prior to DocuSign, Schiltz led General Software to its acquisition by Phoenix Technologies.
