SpeechCycle Launches Mobile Division

Leader in customer interaction management solutions creates new division to meet demand for business-to-consumer smartphone applications

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SpeechCycle, the leading provider of customer interaction management solutions, today announced that it has launched a Mobile Division. The newly formed division will focus on meeting the growing demand for customer care solutions on the smartphone. SpeechCycle’s goal is to leverage the smartphone, which offers significant opportunity for companies to deliver a highly differentiated customer experience that drives customer loyalty, optimizes contact center operations and increases revenues.

One of the key developments driving the need for the creation of the Mobile Division of SpeechCycle is the rapid growth in customer adoption of mobile devices – especially smartphones – and the need to empower today’s consumers who choose when, where and how they prefer to interact with enterprises and services providers. Consumer empowerment has quickly become a key business priority for companies focused on creating exceptional customer experiences. Albert Kim has been tapped to lead the Mobile Division of SpeechCycle and will be responsible for spearheading this new business unit. Albert is a veteran software industry executive, who prior to joining SpeechCycle, founded a SaaS startup and worked at Microsoft for more than 13 years focusing on the service provider market. Albert’s extensive expertise in enterprise software and mobile technologies will provide SpeechCycle’s Mobile Division with the proven leadership necessary to develop world-class, consumer-focused applications.
