ORLANDO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kronos Incorporated today announced additional details regarding its pending acquisition of API Healthcare Corporation to organizations attending the HIMSS conference being held this week. The closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions.
