SAN RAMON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--In their recent “Why I Use Home Warranties” Contest, Old Republic Home Protection asked real estate professionals to submit, in 150 words or less, the value they believe a home warranty brings to every real estate sale transaction.
ORHP was thrilled to receive thousands of entries and pleased with the dominant themes that users shared: “They provide priceless peace of mind,” “They create a win-win-win for all parties involved in a real estate transaction,” “Reduce liability,” “They protect against ‘Murphy’s Law,’” “They help me earn referral business,” and “They allow me and my clients to sleep at night.”
