ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Prommis® Solutions, LLC, a national provider of knowledge processing services for the real estate finance industry, announced that Charlie Piper has joined the company as Chief Operations Officer (COO) where he will assume responsibility for all Prommis Solutions operating units.
As COO, Piper is responsible for the company’s bi-coastal operations including customer satisfaction, employee development and the continuous improvement of products and services. Prior to joining Prommis Solutions, Piper was managing director for ePay, an electronic payments company. At ePay he led the company through a period of significant expansion, maintaining quality delivery and customer service.

Piper graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Regis University in Denver and later returned to complete his Masters of Business Administration in finance and accounting.
