HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NorTex Gas Storage Company, LLC today announced the appointment of Robert Foss as President and Chief Executive Officer. Foss joins NorTex from Iberdrola Renewables (IRI), where he was most recently managing director of compliance and risk management, with more than 20 years of professional experience in the energy industry.
Starting his energy career with the El Paso Companies as manager of gas transportation services in 1988, Foss also spent three years with Shell in various positions, including vice president of supply and director of market development. He joined AGL Resources in 2001 as vice president of pipeline and gas operations prior to going to IRI in 2004. Foss holds a BBA in banking and finance from the University of North Dakota.
