Sypris And ArvinMeritor Expand Strategic Relationship

LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sypris Technologies, Inc. (Sypris), a subsidiary of Sypris Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq/NM: SYPR), announced today that it has entered into a new long-term supply agreement to provide drivetrain components to ArvinMeritor for its drive axle assembly operation in Brazil; and has extended two additional supply agreements between Sypris and ArvinMeritor. Components for these agreements are produced at Sypris’ operations in Kentucky and North Carolina in the United States and its facility in Toluca, Mexico. Terms of the agreements were not disclosed.
