Alvanos will strategically focus on growing sales, strategic planning, and new market development for the Northeast region.
With more than 20 years in healthcare sales, Costa brings extensive experience in developing, implementing, and executing all aspects of the sales cycle. Most recently, he worked for MedAssets as senior vice president and general manager of spend management sales where he managed a team of sales directors and sales representatives. Costa also served as senior vice president of healthcare provider sales for ACS Inc. and managing director/vice president of global healthcare sales for BearingPoint, Inc.
Costa earned a BA in business administration from Gettysburg College and an MBA from Drexel University.
