PORTLAND, Ore.--()--CollegeNET, Inc., a leading provider of Web-based on-demand technologies for higher education, today announced the addition of new accounting capabilities to 25Live®, its Web-based event scheduling, calendaring and publishing system. The new 25Live Accounting tool enables users to generate, modify and track client-specific invoices initiated through 25Live.
“The new 25Live Accounting tool greatly enhances our customers’ ability to access and use their accounting data to their schools’ advantage.”
Prior to the introduction of the Accounting tool, institutions typically used multiple invoice templates that differed with each vendor and may not have allowed for tracking payment history. Users can now track and modify all invoice and payment transactions associated with 25Live events through aging reports, which break down receivables for each customer based on length of time outstanding. The new functionality saves users time by providing them a simple method for tracking payment history and accessing information on outstanding accounts.
“CollegeNET is dedicated to providing our customers the most efficient, flexible and cost effective tools to help them maximize their resources,” said Tobi Macey, CollegeNET spokesperson. “The new 25Live Accounting tool greatly enhances our customers’ ability to access and use their accounting data to their schools’ advantage."
The new Accounting tool is available now as part of CollegeNET’s 25Live event scheduling, calendaring and publishing system. For more information about 25Live and the Accounting tool, please contact CollegeNET at sales@collegenet.com.
