Precision Medical Products, Inc. Announces Executive Changes

DENVER, Pa.--()--Precision Medical Products, Inc. (PMP) recently announced the retirement of two key executives and changes of responsibility in the management team.

T. Jerome Holleran and George W. Weaver retired from their day-to-day executive roles at Precision Medical Products effective December 31, 2010. Both gentlemen will remain partners and continue their involvement on the company’s board of directors.

Holleran who previously served as the company’s chairman, will now serve PMP as chairman of the board of directors. Weaver served as the vice president of marketing and engineering and now serves as secretary of the board of directors.

These key changes have also impacted the expansion of other executive and management responsibilities.

Douglas N. Yocom, president and chief executive officer, will continue in his role of overseeing the company along with a deeper involvement in business development. He remains a partner and member of the board of directors.

Robert I. Rhoads, Jr., has been named executive vice president. In his expanded responsibilities he will oversee the departments of manufacturing, human resources, and engineering. He remains a partner and active member of the board of directors.

Business development is directed by W. Stephen Beversluis, director of quality assurance and regulatory affairs and business development. He reports to Douglas N. Yocom, president and chief executive officer.

Damond Holsinger, director of engineering, is responsible for all engineering efforts for the company. He has a direct report to Robert I. Rhoads, Jr., executive vice president.

Carolyn Kreider, formerly the company’s controller, is now responsible for all financial reporting and serves as the director of finance and treasury. She reports directly to Douglas N. Yocom, president and chief executive officer.

Ron Mussaw serves as the director of operations. He was previously the company’s operations manager. He is responsible for all manufacturing operations at the Denver, Pa. and Shrewsbury, Pa. facilities.

Keith Hershner has been named molding development manager. In this new position, Hershner is responsible for all new molding development projects pertaining to existing and new PMP customers. He reports directly to W. Stephen Beversluis, director quality assurance and regulatory affairs and business development.
