Fitch Withdraws Alaska USA Federal Credit Union Ratings

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has withdrawn the ratings of Alaska USA Federal Credit Union (Alaska USA) including its long- and short-term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) of 'A-' and 'F1', respectively. A complete list of ratings follows the end of this release.

Fitch has withdrawn the ratings due to a lack of information provided by the company. While public information is available through regulatory filings, Fitch views the information currently available from all sources to be below the necessary threshold to maintain ratings on the company. There are no rated debt issuances.

Alaska USA is an approximately $4.2 billion in assets credit union predominately serving its consumer members in Alaska and the Pacific Northwest. First chartered in 1948 at Fort Richardson in Alaska, Alaska USA is a federally-chartered credit union, regulated by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). Subsidiaries include: Alaska Option Services Corporation; Alaska USA Mortgage Company, LLC; Alaska USA Insurance Brokers, LLC and Alaska USA Trust Company.
