Instrumental in World’s Foremost Bank’s selection was Mercury’s comprehensive digital document capabilities that provide a highly flexible and scalable infrastructure for capturing and indexing the company’s large daily files of customer statements and a central repository for managing various documents and images. Replacing several different systems with a central repository has also allowed the company to significantly reduce its storage capacity to one-tenth the amount of data stored previously. Another significant driver in World’s Foremost Bank’s choice was Mercury’s ability to store each document in its true fidelity as a PDF, making it easier for customer service representatives to better serve cardholders. Additionally, World’s Foremost Bank is taking advantage of Mercury’s role-based security features to provide a higher level of security for customer data.
