A-T Solutions Acquires Innovative Technology Systems

Fast-growing leader in anti- and counterterrorism services, C-IED training purchases innovative IT business to further expand footprint in intelligence, national security

VIENNA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--A-T Solutions Inc., a global, industry-leading anti- and counterterrorism firm based in the Tysons Corner area of Vienna, Va., announced today it has acquired Innovative Technology Systems Inc. (ITS), an information technology company headquartered in Larkspur, Colo., with additional offices in Herndon, Va., and Columbia, Md. ITS specializes in technology solutions for the intelligence community, the Department of Defense and other government organizations. With this acquisition, A-T Solutions will further expand its capabilities to serve customers within the intelligence community.

ITS currently supports the missions of the Office of Director of National Intelligence, the National Reconnaissance Office, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency and other government customers.

As part of the acquisition, the Colorado ITS office will become a program management and business operations center to support A-T Solutions’ customers and business development activities in the Southwest Corridor as well as the West Coast and southern border regions.
