Mr. Listwin previously served as CEO of Openwave, where he built the company into the worldwide leader in mobile Internet solutions. Prior to Openwave, Mr. Listwin was an executive vice president at Cisco Systems, where he oversaw business units totaling more than $12 billion in annual revenue. Mr. Listwin is currently founder and chairman of the Canary Foundation, a non-profit organization devoted to early detection of cancer, and also serves on the board of directors at Calix, Clustrix, Genologics, Isilon Systems, Stratos Bioscience, and the National Cancer Institute’s Board of Scientific Advisors. Mr. Listwin has previously served on the boards of Openwave, JDS Uniphase, Redback Networks, TIBCO Software, E-Tek, and the Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association (CTIA).
Ms. Rahmani has over 25 years of customer-driven business and technical leadership. Prior to her current position as CEO of Damballa Inc., Ms. Rahmani served as General Manager of IBM's Internet Security Systems (ISS) division after IBM's $1.3 billion acquisition of the company. At ISS, she was responsible for the strategic direction, growth and integration of all ISS products, services and research into IBM's overall security offerings. Prior to ISS, Ms. Rahmani held several general management roles within IBM, including multi-billion dollar hardware, software and services businesses. Her IBM experience includes UNIX, mainframe, telco, utilities, global wireless and media markets in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She also ran a strategy unit, where she focused on emerging markets, global alliances and services business models.
