Executive hires include Stephen Royal as CFO, Ben Cesare as SVP of Sales, and Chip Terry as VP/GM of Product Strategy.

Stephen Royal has been appointed CFO to run the financial operations of the company. Stephen has more than 25 years of financial management experience in successful private and public companies. Steve’s background includes CFO positions at Copanion, Oat Systems, Net to Net Technologies, and Engage, Inc. where he led the company’s IPO.
Ben Cesare joins as SVP of Sales to lead sales strategies, customer facing activities and overall BzzAgent revenue. Ben brings over 25 years of experience building and leading sales teams at Apple Computer, Agile Software and Psion Incorporated. As CEO of Invoke Solutions, Ben grew and operated a company that delivered online qualitative and quantitative research to the largest global CPG, High-tech and Healthcare industries in the market.
Chip Terry joins as VP/GM of Product Strategy to lead the constant innovation of BzzAgent products so they continue to solve the needs for clients and agents as social technologies evolve. Prior to BzzAgent, Chip held product and marketing leadership roles at companies including Forrester Research and ZoomInfo. Chip is also on the board of Courageous Sailing, a youth charity in Boston that give free sailing lessons to over 1,200 kids every summer.
