Jumptap Enters Technology Alliance with Cyber Communications Inc

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jumptap, the leader in targeted mobile advertising, today announced an agreement to enter into a capital and business alliance with cyber communications inc. (“cci”), Japan's leading media representative company wholly owned by Dentsu Inc. Under the agreement, cci will be the exclusive partner for Jumptap technology in Japan and will make a strategic investment in Jumptap.

Under the agreement, cci will provide ad targeting services by combining Jumptap’s advanced technology and platform for smart devices along with cci’s existing technology to create a break-through advertising opportunity.
