Trivest Partners Announces New Platform with Recapitalization of Onepath Systems, LLC

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Trivest Partners (“Trivest”) announced its successful completion of the recapitalization of Onepath Systems, LLC (“Onepath” or the “Company”), a leading systems integrator that designs, deploys, and maintains commercial IT solutions. Onepath’s management team, led by Robb Borden, will continue as owners in the business and lead Onepath’s daily operations.
