La 7e édition de la conférence LeWeb, se déroulera les 8 et 9 décembre aux Docks de Paris – Porte d’Aubervilliers.
Organisée par Géraldine et Loïc le Meur, LeWeb réunit chaque année 2 500 entrepreneurs, professionnels, bloggeurs et passionnés d’Internet d’une soixantaine de nationalités venus échanger avec ceux qui font le web.
Le thème central de l’édition 2010 est « les plateformes », quelles soient dédiées à la téléphonie mobile, aux jeux en ligne, à la télévision, aux réseaux sociaux etc. Le programme entend répondre à des problématiques concrètes telles que : pourquoi et comment utiliser les réseaux sociaux pour doper son business, comment construire sa propre plateforme, quels sont les prochains bouleversements technologiques attendus etc.

Compétition StartUp : les jeunes entreprises à l’honneur
Comme chaque année aura lieu La Startup Competition qui mettra en avant de jeunes sociétés talentueuses venues du monde entier. Organisée avec TechCrunch elle permet à ces entreprises de présenter leur solution à des acteurs et influenceurs parmi les plus importants du marché des nouvelles technologies.
Sur 400 dossiers de candidatures, 16 sociétés ont été retenues : Badgeville Inc (Pays Bas), Cauwill Technologies (Irlande), City M (France), Desk i.o GmbH (Allemagne), Fiddme (Israel), Garmz (Autriche), Greendizer (France), Green Pocket GmbH (Allemagne), Nuji (Grande-Bretagne), Praized Media Inc (Canada), Smallrivers (Suisse), Super Mamite (France), Tagattitude (France), Tinypayme (Suisse), Waze (Israel), et Work4 labs (France, Amérique).
Les 3 lauréats de la compétition seront officiellement présentés en conférence plénière le 9 décembre lors de la remise de prix.
A noter cette année, des espaces dédiés aux Workshops partenaires. Le 8 décembre : Google,Microsoft, Nokia et Paypal. Le 9 décembre : BlackBerry, Facebook, Ixaris, Orange et Linked[In]
A propos de la conférence LeWeb :
LeWeb est le premier
événement en Europe de l'industrie du web, deuxième dans le monde.
Cette
conférence a rassemblé en 2009 des participants venus de 60 pays et 300
journalistes. Des orateurs prestigieux ont participé aux précédentes
éditions, parmi lesquels Shimon Peres, Philippe Starck, Paulo Coelho ou
bien encore Rania de Jordanie.
