Leader of Integrated Sales and Marketing Solutions Provider Named Best Executive of the Year

The award recognizes individual women executives for their accomplishments during the eligibility period. With more than 20 years experience in sales, service and marketing to businesses and consumers, Hand led changes that improved company performance, transformed go-to-market strategies, created jobs in the community, turned the company into a “greener” place to work and encouraged work-life balance. Under her leadership, the Direct Alliance team supported new business growth and, in 2010, filled more than 500 professional sales positions while keeping attrition levels 50 percent lower than the industry norm.
