Leaders Honored for Developing Advanced Cloud Architecture

Theresa Enebo, TeleTech’s vice president of enterprise applications and development, and Aaron Seabaugh, TeleTech’s director of IT client solutions, led an internal development team to create the technology infrastructure that supports the company’s cloud platform. The creative implementation of Oracle’s products has reduced the time required to set up new clients or projects from a few days to a few minutes.
