PELTA is a solution that fits easily within the current workflow of an office. Users who typically create important documents can now electronically and physically secure documents as authentic. By using standard applications such as Microsoft Office running on Windows or Macintosh systems, creators of high-valued documents can use their existing workflows without the need to introduce difficult and complex steps for inserting security into their printed document.

PELTA is built upon modern document technology such as XML Paper Specification (XPS), and 2D barcodes. In addition to embedding security features to the printed or electronic document the PELTA solution includes a host of features such as Secure Reversible Redaction, Time Stamping, Variable Data Watermarks, Sequential or Unique Number Generation, 2D Barcodes, Overt and Covert messages, Simultaneous Print and Archive. The solution also includes a document viewer for viewing secured information.
