MileMeter Founder Speaks as Expert on Cloud Computing at Information Technology Conference

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--More than 125 property casualty IT executives recently gathered in San Antonio, Texas for the 2010 Property Casualty Insurers (PCI) Information Technology Conference. As CEO of the only auto insurance company in the world to operate 100 percent in the cloud, Gay was selected to speak on an expert panel alongside two executives from Google and Salesforce.com to discuss the current and future state of cloud computing, including issues related to data security, privacy, service delivery, business continuity and business value.

Gay described to attendees how cloud computing supports rapid product innovation and expansion by explaining that most auto insurance carriers require two to three years to implement a new product idea, whereas MileMeter innovated and deployed a new product two times in under six months.
