Five healthcare organizations from around the country sign up to participate

It is believed that 80% to 90% of healthcare costs are directly or indirectly influenced by clinical decisions, and quality outcomes are dependent on the quality of clinical decisions. Five healthcare organizations will partner with Zynx Health to pilot a new service and software solution that analyzes their clinical decision support and provides recommended tactics for them to implement as they strive to become accountable for cost and quality outcomes as outlined in the recent Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010. The five pilot sites are: Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in California, Memorial Hermann Healthcare System in Texas, Northwest Hospital & Medical Center in Washington, St. Joseph Health System in California and Texas, and WellStar Health System in Atlanta.
