IT and Communications Solutions Provider Opens New Facility to Continue Superior Customer Service

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cbeyond Inc. The call center currently employs 26 service technicians and will grow to employ 200 staff over the next several years.

Born out of a dedication for servicing customers with the best possible experience, Cbeyond built the Denver call center with the sole focus of delivering superior customer service. With the company’s primary facility in Atlanta, Georgia, the new Denver center creates operational redundancy to ensure Cbeyond customer care representatives are available at any time customers need support.
