Lucid Appoints Telemedicine Executive Matthew Cox to Board of Directors

ROCHESTER, N.Y.--()--Lucid, Inc., the leader in FDA approved noninvasive cellular imaging, today announced that Matthew C. Cox, has been appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Cox brings to Lucid a wealth of experience in telemedicine, and currently serves as Vice President of vRad, the world’s leading teleradiology firm. His appointment increases the size of the Lucid Board to eight.

Throughout his career, Mr. Cox has developed and implemented corporate strategies from business concepts through deployment, improved product revenue, profit margins and competitiveness, developed new business models and led product development teams. Prior to vRad he was Director of Enterprise Solutions at Misys Healthcare, where he was responsible for Misys enterprise-level products and customers. As administrator for Duke University Health System and a practice management/accounting consultant, Mr. Cox assisted physicians and practices maximize performance in operations, revenue growth and issues related to billing and compliance. He holds a B.S. in Medical Humanities at Davidson College in Charlotte, N.C.
