About ATLANTIC-ACM's Metro Carrier Report Card Series
Now in its fifth year, ATLANTIC-ACM's Metro Carrier Report Card series is an industrywide, survey-based study that enables wholesale customers to provide feedback on multiple carriers, with a focus on regional/metro wholesale operations and products. The report card features wholesale customers' ratings of carrier performance over multiple service and key touch point areas in the customer experience. The resulting data provides carriers with an overview of strengths and weaknesses from the customers’ point of view, and allows them to directly compare their own performances to those of their competitors.
