Julie Dijaili Joins Cliff Consulting, Inc.

OAKLAND, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Julie Dijaili has joined Cliff Consulting, Inc. (CCI), a Bay Area-based management consulting firm that specializes in helping clients plan and lead critical projects such as business process improvements, compliance initiatives, mergers and integrations, and technology implementations.

Dijaili’s 20 years of consulting experience include work for Blue Shield of California, Kaiser Permanente and the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. She also served as a Director of Applications Development for Equitec Financial Controls.

She helped Blue Shield implement the Cost of Health Care Initiative and upgrade its claims processing capabilities to better detect overpayments, improperly coded claims and fraud. At Kaiser, her project work included conversion of regional legacy systems to a common PeopleSoft’s HR, benefits and payroll system, reengineering Kaiser Employee Benefits Services’ enrollments process to utilize a Voice Response System, and managing a conversion of the Benefit Management System to a multi-user system with improved performance. At the Federal Home Loan Bank, she implemented a major client server application for general ledger, accounts payable, purchase orders and fixed assets, among other projects.
