Deborah Kirkham joins e4e as the President of the Interactive Entertainment Services business. Jon Cordova has been appointed the Global Head of Sales for Managed Services. Both are based in e4e Inc.’s corporate office in Santa Clara, CA.

As the President of e4e’s Interactive Entertainment Services business, Deborah Kirkham is responsible for leading and managing this strategic business unit, to include developing and implementing the business model, sales, marketing, operations and delivery. Prior to joining e4e in July, Deborah spearheaded operations for Namco Bandai Games America, Inc. She has held leadership positions in sales, operations and customer support in both the software and the interactive entertainment space. A versatile technology executive with over 15 years of experience leading, mentoring and developing world-class teams, Deborah has partnered with outsourcing providers all over the globe. A qualified PMP and CSTE with a strong quality mindset, she has previously held senior management positions with global companies such as Sega America, Inc., Lucas Arts and Check Point Software Technologies. Deborah has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego, where she graduated magna cum laude.
As Head of Global Sales for Managed Services, Jon Cordova oversees business development and drives e4e's sales operations. Previously, Jon was a Senior Sales Director with Convergys. He brings over 25 years of industry experience and has provided sales and management expertise in a number of leading organizations in the technology and business services industries including AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Avaya Communication and Autonomy (formerly etalk Corporation). During the course of his career, Jon has successfully managed the sales function, directed sales strategies and created sustainable revenue streams and market share for businesses. Jon completed his Bachelor of Science in Business & Economics from UCLA, CA and advanced studies at the University of Michigan.
