High Performance Disaster Recovery Solution will Safeguard Student Records and Ensure Availability

CHANHASSEN, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Datalink (Nasdaq: DTLK), a leading provider of data center infrastructure and services, today announced that Johnson County Community College (JCCC) has selected Datalink to architect a site-to-site disaster recovery solution. The project entails Datalink’s full lifecycle of disaster recovery and business continuity services, including analysis, design, implementation, and Datalink OneCall® support services.

Robust disaster recovery capabilities are central to JCCC’s ability to ensure the academic records of its 35,000-plus credit and continuing education students are fully protected and accessible. After assessing JCCC’s needs and evaluating available technologies, Datalink recommended the implementation of NetApp’s disk-based, site-to-site replication and storage solutions. These solutions will provide JCCC with granular-level backup capabilities, along with better performance and simplified management.
