Acquisition of long leasehold interest

Kiotech has entered into a conditional exchange of contracts to acquire a long leasehold interest in property at Manton Wood, Nottinghamshire for £1.45m.

The premises comprise the main production facilities for the group’s feed additive business and its administrative and finance functions have also been centralised at the site.

Kiotech currently occupies the site on short leases, consequently the completion of the acquisition of a long leasehold interest with 286 years remaining will provide security of tenure on which to make long term investment decisions and will be earnings enhancing.
