Growth Plan Continues with Company’s Third Acquisition in 10 Months

SCRANTON, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Diversified Information Technologies Inc. (Diversified), a leading provider of document and information lifecycle services, today announced it acquired Commercial Data Processing (CDP), based in Fairfield, N.J., effective Aug. 27, 2010. Diversified’s third acquisition in the last 10 months continues an organizational realignment the company expects will lead to double-digit growth in 2010.

CDP provides data capture, data processing and clerical preparation services for clients in the health care and pharmaceutical industries. The acquisition enhances Diversified’s team with highly-skilled professionals who have expertise in the health care industry, particularly with claims adjudication. It also adds data capture technology and additional facilities in New Jersey and Barbados.
