Craig is a successful trail attorney who specializes in complex intellectual property litigation and client counseling. Throughout his years in practice, Craig has participated in dozens of trials. His technical expertise covers a wide range of areas, including computer software, semiconductors, mechanical devices, chemistry, optics and medical products. Some of the clients he has represented include Microsoft, Velcro, University of Massachusetts, NetCraft, DSA Detection, JK Sucralose and Insight Technologies.

Craig has been involved in matters before federal district courts and appellate courts, as well as the International Trade Commission (ITC) and the European Patent Office. One of his notable client victories is a recent case involving sugar chemistry, which he tried before the ITC. The ITC determined that the patent asserted against his client was not infringed and invalid. In addition, one of his jury trials, Arendi v. Microsoft, was selected by The National Law Journal for inclusion in its annual list of “Top Defense Wins.”

Craig has been named a Massachusetts “Super Lawyer - Rising Star” for several years by Law & Politics magazine and the publishers of Boston Magazine. He also previously was recognized by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as one of 15 "Up & Coming Lawyers".

Immediately prior to joining L&A, Craig was a Principal at Fish & Richardson in Boston. He is a graduate of New York University Law School, and received an M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois, and a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, magna cum laude, from Manhattan College. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, New York, U.S. Federal District Courts and Appealate Courts throughout the country, and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
