Molina Healthcare Closes Acquisition of Abri Health Plan in Wisconsin

LONG BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Molina Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE: MOH) today announced that, effective September 1, 2010, it has closed on its acquisition of Abri Health Plan, a Medicaid managed care organization based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The purchase price for the acquisition is approximately $16 million, subject to adjustments. As of July 30, 2010, Abri Health Plan served approximately 18,000 Medicaid members.
