SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MediConnect Global Inc. today announced that CEO Amy Rees Anderson has been named to the Sundance Institute Utah Advisory Board.

Founded by actor and director Robert Redford, the non-profit Sundance Institute was created to assist promising independent filmmakers, producers, directors, screenwriters, composers, playwrights and artists from throughout the world in the development of their craft. The Institute owns and manages the annual Sundance Film Festival, the world’s most prominent festival for independent film held in Park City, Utah.

The Sundance Institute’s Utah Advisory Board was created to help develop, enhance and leverage relationships between the Institute and Utah’s business, government and arts communities. The Board assists in projects and activities designed to provide significant mutual benefit for Utah and the Institute, ranging from government and community relations to fundraising and service as spokespersons.
