Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corporation Appoints Compliance Auditors

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corporation, the nation’s largest privately held mortgage banker and broker (www.alliedhome.com), announced today it has appointed two compliance auditors to help the company ensure a consistent level of compliance with state, federal and agency mortgage regulations among its more than 200 branch offices throughout North America and the US Virgin Islands.

The compliance auditors are Maria Donaghy, Allied Home Mortgage state manager for California and Tina Rose, Allied Home Mortgage state manager for Arizona. Donaghy and Rose will work under the direction of Jeanne Stell, a consultant in charge of compliance for Allied Home Mortgage. In their capacity as compliance auditors, Donaghy and Rose will work closely with Allied Home Mortgage branch managers, reviewing loan files and branch procedures to ensure they meet all federal, state and agency compliance and licensing standards as well as Allied Home Mortgage corporate policies and procedures.

Donaghy, who lives in Pacific Grove, California, has more than 20 years experience in the mortgage industry. She has been an Allied Home Mortgage branch manager since June 2000 and the Allied state manager of California since May 2002. Donaghy currently serves as the treasurer and past president of the California Association of Mortgage Professionals (CAMP). In addition to her duties with Allied Home Mortgage, she conducts educational seminars through CAMP to help the organization’s members keep abreast of changes in mortgage industry regulations.

Rose lives in Scottsdale, Arizona and has more than 25 years experience in the mortgage industry. She has been an Allied Home Mortgage branch manager since 1997 and has served as the Allied state manager of Arizona since 2000. In addition to originating loans and supervising Allied Home Mortgage branch offices in Arizona, Rose is the vice president of the Arizona Association of Mortgage Professionals.
