Nexenta Systems Announces Supermicro as Premier-Level Technology Partner

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nexenta Systems, makers of the world’s leading OpenStorage solutions, today announced a joint technology partnership that makes Supermicro (NASDAQ:SMCI), the industry leader in server technology innovation and green computing, a premier-level partner in Nexenta’s Technology Partner Programme. Nexenta also announced the inclusion of over half a dozen Supermicro resellers in the Nexenta Reseller Partner Programme.

Under the partnership and available immediately for purchase, Nexenta Systems and Supermicro have pre-certified the combination of Supermicro’s 3U Super Storage Bridge Bay (SBB) solution and NexentaStor, Nexenta’s unified storage management platform, built on the revolutionary open source ZFS file system. As a result, Supermicro resellers can now offer customers an enterprise-class, highly-available storage solution that provides higher functionality, performance and value-for-money than legacy storage technologies.
