Among those were the existence of a well qualified and sizeable workforce, a solid pool of licensed insurance agents, and an Economic Development Office that was patient and supportive as we reviewed all our expansion options. We look forward to our launch in Ft. Myers over the coming weeks and creating a rewarding and professional work environment for all our associates.”
TZ Insurance will operate a full service “digital insurance” agency providing inbound, outbound, web and back-office services. TZ Insurance has leased 12,420 square feet of office space at 12901 McGregor Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida.
TZ Insurance is actively recruiting 70 positions for Phase I of its launch in the Fort Myers area. These positions include over 50 inside licensed insurance agents who will sell individual life and health insurance products, sales managers, operations managers, human resource professionals and other administrative positions. The licensed agent compensation is $17 an hour plus incentives, which are quite substantial.
