Ducommun Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ducommun Incorporated (NYSE:DCO), announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per outstanding share of common stock. The cash dividend is payable on September 3, 2010 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 20, 2010.
