Fitch Publishes Report on Corporate Tax Reform Impact on Tech Sector

NEW YORK--()--Fitch Ratings has published the special report 'Corporate Tax Reform Impact on Technology Sector', which looks at the potential impact to the U.S. Technology sector from proposed reforms to the international tax system. Specifically, the report looks at the three largest proposed reforms: modifying the allowance of foreign interest expense, reforming the tax credit system, and taxing excess returns from intangible asset shifting. Given the complexities with calculating the impact from these reforms, the report also analyzes pro forma credit metrics under a worst-case basis of a flat 35% tax on all foreign income.

The report can be found on Fitch's website at 'www.fitchratings.com'.
