SolventC Named Asset Manager for MEi Condominium on Miami Beach

CORAL GABLES, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PMG Collins on Miami Beach has tapped the South Florida based asset management company SolventC to provide real estate management services for MEi, a luxury condominium building located on Miami Beach.

SolventC, headquartered in Coral Gables, was founded by Larry Lotterman and Stuart Weiss seasoned real estate professionals experienced in construction management, workouts, sales and marketing. The firm will provide on-site professional, managerial, and support services including general contracting for the owner for the duration of the project.

MEi is located at 5875 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, on the famed “Millionaires Row” of Miami Beach and consists of 134 ultra luxury one and two story residences with direct beach access for residents.
