Kofax Marks Successful Year of Transformation of Its Global Partner Program

Key Milestones and Ongoing Investments Illustrate Company’s Dedication to Its VARs, System Integrators and Other Channel Partners

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kofax plc (LSE: KFX), the leading provider of document driven business process automation solutions, today marked the one year anniversary of the launch of its Global Partner Program, an initiative dedicated to helping its value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators, and other channel partners become more competitive and take better advantage of opportunities in the document capture market.

Initiated in July 2009, the Kofax Global Partner Program has resulted in the company recruiting more than 40 new channel partners during the past 12 months, bringing the total to well over 700 worldwide. Some of the partners in the program include IKON, Ricoh, Unisys, KeyMark, Open Text, Eclipsys and many others. The program has helped partners expand their businesses, and Kofax continues to receive praise for its dedication to its channel partners.

  • Adding dedicated Channel Account Managers to provide a higher level of partner support
  • Launching a new and improved portal and relationship management system to further streamline service to partners
  • Improving partner communications with weekly news briefs and exclusive Webinars
  • Bolstering marketing resources to provide additional support to partners and create new opportunities for joint marketing initiatives
  • Implementing a new joint business planning program with Platinum Partners to align sales and marketing strategies to better drive revenue growth
  • Kicking off a Catalyst Advisory Council to better collaborate with and serve its partner community
