CACI Announces Common Share Repurchase Program

Board authorizes $50 million to repurchase up to 1 million shares

ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CACI International Inc (NYSE: CACI), a leading professional services and information technology provider to the federal government, announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to one million shares of the Company’s common stock where the total expenditure for the purchase of the shares under this repurchase program does not exceed $50,000,000.

The current trading range for CACI stock provides an exceptional investment value. Therefore, the Board of Directors has authorized management to repurchase up to one million shares.”

Purchases may be made in the open market or in privately negotiated transactions, or in such other manner as will comply with the provisions of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the rules and regulations thereunder, including, to the extent practicable, Rule 10b-18. Such purchases will also comply with the Company’s Black Out Period policy. The timing and actual number of shares repurchased will depend on a variety of factors including price, corporate and regulatory requirements and other market conditions.
