Sparkplug Completes Acquisition of MetroBridge Phoenix Assets and Expands Its Presence in Mesa and South Phoenix

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sparkplug Communications, a provider of wireless business broadband voice and data services based in Scottsdale, Ariz., today announced that it has completed its acquisition of Phoenix-area business assets from MetroBridge Networks, including all customer contracts, network infrastructure and related assets. The closing comes five weeks after the May 21st, 2010 announcement of the acquisition agreement.
