Process improvement business leader Marlow Hicks newly appointed as Vice President of Operations at NMS Labs

WILLOW GROVE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NMS Labs is pleased to announce that Marlow Hicks, a key leader from the scientific industry, joins the organization as its new Vice President of Operations. After earning his BA in Engineering Science from Dartmouth College and his MS in Project Management from Georgia Institute of Technology, Hicks embarked on a 25-year career consisting of progressively responsible roles in operations. Hicks is a quality-oriented professional who has attained his Six Sigma Green Belt and is a seasoned professional on LEAN techniques with a proven track record of successfully implementing new products, processes, and technology.

Through continued process improvements and innovation, Hicks will lead the technical operations at NMS Labs in its commitment to maintain high quality standards and stable costs to its clients in an unstable economy. Earlier this year, NMS Labs showed its commitment to assisting hospitals, medical researchers, reference labs and law enforcement agencies with skyrocketing health care costs by suspending an annual across the board price increase of its esoteric lab tests.
