Two Harbors Investment Corp. Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Two Harbors Investment Corp. (“Two Harbors”) (NYSE Amex: TWO; TWO.WS) today announced that it has priced a public offering of 11,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $8.90 per share, for gross proceeds of approximately $102.4 million. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,725,000 shares of the Company's common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on or about April 26, 2010.
