Southeast Directional Drilling Acquires Frontier Pipeline

• Purchase of Frontier’s Assets is a Response to Strong Demand from Southeast Directional Customers

CASA GRANDE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Southeast Directional Drilling today announced that it has acquired the assets of Frontier Pipeline, a Minnesota-based horizontal directional drilling (“HDD”) company. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Under terms of the agreement, Frontier Pipeline equipment, other key resources and personnel will be added to Southeast Directional Drilling. Frontier Pipeline CEO Dan Baillargeon will join the Southeast Directional executive team.
