Steel Partners Settles Litigation Relating to Restructuring

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Steel Partners Holdings L.P. (“Steel Partners”) announced today that all unresolved claims by the ACF Master Trust, an entity affiliated with Carl Icahn, and the Global Activist Fund, relating to Steel Partners’ restructuring, which was consummated on July 15, 2009, will be dismissed by the Delaware Chancery Court and the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands, with prejudice.
