JERICHO, N.Y.--()--GAZ Realty, Inc., (www.airportplazas.com), a developer and operator of “Airport Plazas,” has recently won an RFP to begin the design, construction and operation of an Airport Plaza at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.

The Airport Plaza will be a commercial facility that features, gas, diesel, biodiesel, CNG (Compressed Natural Gas), convenience store, 2-bay car wash, light auto repair, food court, off-premises dry cleaning and towing, all designed to service the needs of airport users. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2010.
“This is our first commercial site in the KY/Ohio area and we are excited to build a showcase at this location. The site is uniquely located next to the car rental facilities and employee parking,” commented George Abi Zeid, President and CEO of GAZ Realty, Inc.

In addition to this project, Airport Plazas is currently in the midst of construction of a Plaza at Newark Liberty International Airport scheduled to open June 2010. Airport Plazas has also received approvals to do similar projects at Tulsa International Airport, Southwest Florida International Airport in Ft. Myers and is currently in final stages of negotiating with JFK International Airport.
