CINCINNATI--()--Community Research, a leading US-Based Phase 1 Clinical Research Organization announced today their relocation and grand opening of their new, 15,000 sq ft clinical research facility located on the campus of Mercy Anderson Hospital, 7502 State Road, Cincinnati, OH 45255.
This move positions Community Research to offer clinical trials to US Sponsors with the unique combination of safety (the hospital-based clinical research unit) and independence (privately owned and operated CRO). Click here to view photographs of the new facility.
In opening remarks, Dr. David Mayleben, Co-Founder and CEO, said, “We are pleased to open this new chapter in our proud 15 year history of serving the drug development community. Our new, state of the art facility, will enable us to provide more and better service to our clients, provide greater safety for our clinical trial subjects, and also make them more comfortable when they participate in these important clinical research efforts.”
Community Research offers a full spectrum of Phase 1 Clinical Trial services: BA/BE, PK/PD, SAD, MAD, and First-in-Man. They also offer some more unique capabilities including sleep laboratory and human performance studies and dental/oral care studies using a full suite of dental equipment. Clinical capacity is currently set at 44 beds, with expansion to 56 beds in the planning stage. In addition to Phase 1 clinical trial work, Community Research offers full service clinical site services for Phase 2 – 4 clinical trials across a wide range of therapeutic indications at three other locations in the Greater Cincinnati area.
